Guarantee

We ship you more butterflies than ordered to compensate for potential butterfly casualties and in most cases, our customers release more butterflies than they order! If there is a chance that you will be releasing the butterflies in inclement weather, or if your release-day temperature will be below 70 degrees, we cannot guarantee a successful release. The release MUST be made during daylight hours and MUST be outdoors. If you do happen to receive deceased butterflies, we require that you return them in a box US mail and you will be refunded in full.
